The 41:10 Foundation exists because one community chose to love our family through the unthinkable—and that love changed everything. Born from the real, lived experience of walking through trauma and being carried by the hands and hearts of neighbors, The 41:10 Foundation now stands as a way to pay that kindness forward. Our mission is to ensure that children in our community have equitable access to youth sports opportunities, specifically baseball and softball, regardless of financial circumstances. We provide youth sports assistance in Elberton, GA. Grounded in the promise of Isaiah 41:10, we exist to remind children and families facing hardship that they are not alone, that hope is still steady beneath their feet, and that practical help and emotional support can meet them right where they are.
Our mission is simple and deeply personal: to offer dignity‑honoring assistance, wraparound care, and faith‑rooted encouragement to families navigating crisis. Through community partnerships, intentional giving, and programs designed to meet real needs with integrity, we work to be the same steady presence that once held us up. Every act of support is a reflection of the love we received—and a promise to keep that circle of compassion moving forward.

Olivia Etheridge
President
Olivia Etheridge is the President and Co‑Founder of The 41:10 Foundation, providing clear, purpose‑driven leadership to support young athletes in Elbert County. A registered nurse and U.S. Army National Guard veteran, she brings a disciplined and compassionate approach to the Foundation’s work. Inspired by her own family’s experience and the community that stood with them, Olivia is committed to ensuring every child has the dignity, support, and encouragement they need to move forward.
Abigail Glaude
Vice President
Abigail Glaude is a devoted mother, community advocate, and Vice President of The 41:10 Foundation. After her son Paxton survived a life-changing traumatic brain injury in 2025, we turned our family’s journey of resilience, faith, and recovery into a mission to help others. As a single mother, she is passionate about supporting children, strengthening families, and ensuring young athletes have access to opportunities regardless of financial circumstances. Through service, compassion, and unwavering determination, Abigail strives to make a lasting difference in her community while inspiring others through her story of hope and perseverance.
Dena Daniel
Secretary
Although not born in Elberton GA, my husband, Mark, and I have lived in Elberton for over thirty years. We have been members of FBC Elberton for over thirty years and consider it a blessing to be able to worship with other believers. We have three daughters, Lora, Caroline and Kelly. They grew up Elbert County Blue Devils through and through and participated in sports, cheerleading and band. We have also been blessed with six beautiful and handsome grandchildren! I’ve come to learn that grandparents have bragging rights! I feel so very honored to have been asked to serve on The 41:10 Foundation Board with members of the Glaude family and other very special people. The Glaude family has been an inspiration to not only me but to all who have become acquainted with Paxton’s Story. My hope and prayer is that many young lives will be blessed by what this foundation aspires to do here in Elberton County and beyond!
Susan Hill
Treasurer
Susan Hill is a lifelong resident of Elberton and the founder and owner of Hill’s Home Center, which she established in 1995. A dedicated business leader and community advocate, Susan has spent her life investing in the growth and well-being of her hometown. She served for nine years on the board of Main Street Elberton, supporting initiatives that strengthened the local community and economy. Susan has also been an active member of Bethel E Baptist Church for more than 50 years. She has been married for 48 years and is the proud mother of two daughters. One of her greatest joys is being a loving grandmother. Through her business leadership, civic involvement, faith, and devotion to family, Susan continues to make a meaningful and lasting impact on her community.
